At this moment, we are unable to redeem in-store gift cards online.
 
Shipping
All orders are shipped using UPS.
 
We do our best to get orders out of the door within 2 business days from the time of purchase. If we experience any delays or issues during the shipping process, you will be contacted via email.
 
If you have any special requests regarding your shipment please let us know in the notes section of your order.
 
In-Store Return Policy
 
FULL REFUND within 3 days of purchase
STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE within 7 days of purchase
 
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with the original tags in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Online Return Policy
 
Customers are responsible for all return shipment costs at this moment.
 
Customers must fill out the RMA form that was sent with their order and contact us at green.eyed.daisy@gmail.com  with their order number and reason for return in order to receive an RMA Number. If no RMA form was sent, or if it was misplaced, a new one can be requested via email.

At this moment, online store credit can only be issued via physical gift card. We are working on a solution to this and apologize for any inconvenience.

Online orders CANNOT be refunded in-store. If you prefer to bring your return into one of our storefront locations, you must provide the original packing slip. Once the item is received, the return will be processed through our online platform within 2 business days.
 
Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refund notification emails will be sent as soon as they are processed.
 
Exchanges
For online orders, please log in and place a new order after your refund is issued.
